I purchaser a used Quantum Snap Server 2000
with no software.
What software do I need run the Snap Server?
Where do I buy or download this software?

If you email me on my email i can provide you with the assist utility which helps you gain access to the snap server - It can find the IP address for you.

That is all you need, then you can use it as normal over a network.
