The other day I was looking at TEDIST's peltier selection online. Would say dual 100w peltiers be better if their deltaT were higher than the dual 150w peltiers? Or is wattage of more importance? I'm not real good w/ technical stuff like this and i'd be interested if someone has an answer.

Dual 150W are better.

Think like this: a 100W with a DeltaT of 70 will produce a DeltaT of 35C under a 50W load. A 150W with a DeltaT of 65 will produce a Delta of 42C under load.
