When I'm running CPU Stability Test 6.0 my computer is making a sound, like a TV but a lot higher.
I get the same when moving around in IE, especial on sites that have a lot white background (like google.com).
Any idea what’s making the sound and what I can do to reduce it?
(The computers specs is below)

I'd guess coil whine from the PSU or mobo's power supply circuitry. Search SPCR (http://www.silentpcreview.com/) for possible fixes.

Thanx HS

dident find any fixes, but made them a bit quieter for some minutes (untill I ran the next test) by fideling the coils on the MB... (might try some glue the next time I shut the comp down)...

I had a Epox board make a loud hissing sound. It was those copper wire wound coils. Just ran the board to long with no air flow. I put a little 60MM fan over the coils and they shut up. Remove the fan and a few minutes later hissing again..... Scraped the board.

My old computer used to make noise when doing different stuff, but it was a audio card problem.
