I guess it has gotten to that point. 99.9% are related to Snap Serves. We proably should had broken it down to models. It would have been easier to manage. I noticed some new users starting a new thread not wanting to read 40 page of posts. I really don't blame them. I re-read it now and then. In most cases someone else has allready solved the problem.

This group is pretty much well behaved. Even though we slip every now and again. All techincal stuff.

Since Adpatec bought SnapAppliance We have been busier than ever. No one wants to pay Adaptec $120 for a phone call. They just don't realise haw may potential clients they are loosing. If their goal was to force customers to upgrade or switch to Adaptec's brand, I would guess they lost 9 out of 10.
