Snap FTP

OK, I am sure this is just a case of PEBKAC, but what is neccessary to get the FTP portion of a snap server fully up and going? I have FTP enabled, and if I log in using Internet Explorer it works fine. But several people have complained that it doesn't work for crap with a dedicated FTP client. I'm thinking it might have something to do with active vs. passive FTP. I have ports 20&21 forwarded to the snap, as well as ports 1023 to 1280. HELP!!!:hammer: :mad: :cry:

Ya know, I been wondering how to use the FTP on a Snap myself. Limitations, abilities, etc etc etc... Can one of you Snap FTP guru types tell us all about it please?

Like Jontz has said, when i was playing with mine, i only ever used the IE FTP client.
