I am looking to overclock my P3 600. Can anyone please send me recommended overclock speed and cooling units. Thank you.

Sorry but we need more information like type of MB, ram, video card, even the #`s on the cpu, even the type of cooling for the cpu and of course the OS your are going to use... With that info a possible OC speed could be estimated... "possible"
