Greetings....

Abit KT7 RAID with a 750mhz Tbird...While OC the bird, how hot can I go without frying the CPU? I know proper cooling is essential and have 4 80mm case fans installed on top the Alpha heatsink with a Global Win Fan sitting nice and pretty on top.

If UNDER LOAD, the CPU is getting like the VERY low 50s, you are probably okay, but don't go much higher than that!

Do you mean 50 Cel or Farenheit?

If it were farenheit, it'd be below ambient.

Um, 50c is nothing for an Athlon core. It's almost impossible to get a 1.1 or 1.2 down to 50c with those generic OEM heatsinks they sell to the general public, especially with thermal pads on them. I'd say up to 60c is absolutely safe. Above that, and especially at 65c+ you need to figure out what's causing it to run so hot and remedy that problem. Tho AMD says the chips are just fine up to 90c, according to their tech documents.
BTW, My current TBird, a 1.0 at 1.23 (2.05v) peaks at 52c under full load, watercooled..

Just a minor correction.. AMD says that 90C is fine for the 900MHz and below tbirds. The 1GHz and faster are safe up to 95C.. according to them.

Crap, 90c! Mine is running 1.9v and will not go over 45c, even though I'm currently using a wimpy little old Taisol.
