They SUCK, Still waiting for a reply from them after they sent me the wrong stuff.
Dozens of email's and messages left on their answering machine.
No Reply since March.
They screwed up my order bad and Know it, so they refuse to respond to me.

I love 2cool never had a prob. What did they send instead eal? And what did you order. Go on there forum I got a response about somethign fast on the forum and never got one on phone or email.

Ian at 2cooltek.com is awesome, I placed an order at 11:30am EDT, 12:30 confirmed that it shipped, never a problem, if email isn't replied to, you always can call him, best time is from 10am to 1pm EDT.
