I think that this will be good for AMD... It looks up and up... Who knows what that will do to INTEL's "superiority" complex... its not cooling but it will be needed to be cooled later on.. lol

How pathetic is that... AMD sits there and gives a roadmap with PR numbers only....

For all I know, a 4000+ is a inflated 3.1ghz chip....

I also think Intel has every right to have an inflated ego at the moment. They're in the lead for now.

barton will be socket 462, clawhammer is 754 pins and sledgehammer is 900 something.

intel is ahead, for the cheap systems a 1.6a will do 2.4ghz almost everytime, which will hammer most athlons, and for richer people there are 2.2's and 2.4's which are faster than any athlon
