Plastecine for condensation prevention

Just a thought for condensation prevention:

PLASTECINE: the stuff little kids play with in bright colours
has anyone tried this, does it get hard with subzero temps?
it's easy to mould for around the cpu socket etc

I don't have kids (2 young but i'm practicing a lot :eek: )
so I don't have some in the house.

I think blue-tac might be better, at least it sticks better. I think its a possible way, but I dont think you can just rely on that alone. There will be air gaps that the stuff may not fill.
