I've used the fiberglass reinforced bits successfully, but I purchased the heavy duty bits specifically made for cutting metal and they seem to work much better than the fiberglass ones. Sorry bud...

You can use one of those big-assed hole saw cutters that have a cutting bit on the end of an arm. Dont forget to use cutting compound and it works best with a drill press - not a regular power drill!

The reason you can't get through, is because you're not approaching use of the dremel from the right direction. Dremel's are High-Speed/Low Torque tools which means that applying pressure will just stop it from spinning and possibly break the tool.
You should apply very small amounts of pressure to keep the speed of the wheel high. It takes quite a while to get through, if you want a clean cut.
I can do two 80mm blowholes and a window in an hour with one NON-reinforced cut-off wheel. Just take your time.

It took me only 5 min per 120 mm hole with mey dremel using the flex shaft, and the lil red heavy duty discs
