Whats everyone using to fly?

What about flying copters in DC? I'm sucking ass on the whirly birds and could use some help.

I've always used mouse/keyboard, but then again I only fly in order to get somewhere fast then bailout.

get the Logitech cordless Freedom joystick, the thing is badass. I usually win just about every dogfight I get entangled in, unless I get a sneaky little bastard camping the runways.

For the chopper, the key is small moves and forcasting your directions. Whatever direction the top of the craft is tilting, thats where you're gonna go, so tilt it to move it, tilt it to correct your mistakes and move ahead of what your planning on doing, it takes them a few seconds to react to changes in degree.

thrustmaster topgun afterburner joystick. It makes playing the game alot easier, it fits in my lap. I can play the game on the keyboard and mouse at the same time.:dome:

Mouse keyboard. I can fly the choppers really good with it, and planes fairly well in regular BF, but not in DC. In DC you need a joystick for planes, since they go too fast for mouse & keyboard control (eg, no throttle). So I just don't fly too much (except the AC-130, it is quite mouse-keyboard fly-able).

I have an old Saitek 3 axis that works great.

I am eye'n up some different ones, like the Thrustmaster Afterburner 2, etc...

Personally I like mouse and keyboard, but since i modded an X-box controller to work on my PC, I find that one pretty enjoyable, it has force feedback also. I think the driver project for it is dead though:(
