WOW...... That is really nice work. Very impressive tube routing. But I have just one question....... what if you need to upgrade :evilaugh: :evilaugh:. LOL, jk man. You must be giving that MCP600 hell with multiple rad's and all those 90°'s hehe. Good job fitting all that stuff in there. :D

cause someone will eventulay ask what do i get for temps and waht is my overclock... I have a 2.6Ghz CPU overclocked to 3.315 Ghz... I removed the IHS and i think that helps in the temperatures. my temperatures run around 33DEGC steady... at max load folding... unfortuatly I have been having a few leeks... every few days i pop a hose off one of my 90 or 45 elbows.. and my last time i had a leek i fixed it but i think my zChipset block got jarred.. and isn't connecting properly... it is a nightmare to get to it.. so i'll look at it his weekend... right now i'm running stock speeds... and my temperatures are nice... Code:
Idle: the fans are running at 25% power and don't increase in power until they reach 33Deg. which is controlled by the MatrixOrbital MX212 this wekend i'm going to figure out why it won't overclock to the speeds I want... final note: the temperatures i have obtained may be +/- 1000 Deg. the CPU temp is obtained from on die temperature probe. MB temp is obtained... somwhere... not shure where but Motherboard monitor know where it is... the air temperature is obtained from Matrix Orbital temperature probe water temperature is a thermalcople sitting in the resevoir pluged into my Motherboard. |
nice job making it all fit, have you tried taking one of the rads out af the loop and comparing tems? might even give you a little elbow room.

once everythning works ok... i can put the cover back on and forget about it for the next 6-8 months.... untill i do another upgrade... |
lol mate. Good job

current status:
waiting for my MB to came bac from RMA. had a leak that drained my system... no water..no cooling... CPU went up to 76 degrees C after fixing the leak pluged everyting back in... no systemboot... so now i wait till my MB comes back... while i'm waiting i'll put barbs on all my copper elbows... that is where it keeps slipping off. |
Why barbs? I'd think lengths of copper pipe'd be fine (assuming you use new hose; old stuff prolly stretched out over elbows somewhat).

clearflex stuff from cooltechnica. and i have hose clamps on it... still somehow it managed to work itself loose.. so the only solution i have left is to put small barbs onto all my elbows... that means cutting thin rigns of copper tub and fitting it over the end then soldering it all on... have 26 hose clamps in the system... more once i watercool the powersupply and add the flow switch. |
ah I see. I meant much the same but cutting small pieces of copper pipe and soldering them inside the elbows.
Not possible to just ditch the elbows altogether and use some of that Swiftech stuff to stop hose kinks? |
Quote:
i thin if i try to use the Swiftech stuff ti avoid hose kinking it will put a major pull on teh blocks posibly pulling the block off the cpu or north bridge... it just takes time... something i don't have much time of.. live in an apartment and can only do any case work when the little one is asleep(18 months) otherwise he gets into everything. so... I'm patient... in the mean time i'm working on watercooling my server... have all the parts... WW, MCP6000, Criticool 6"waterplant(resevoir) and 2-148 heatercore... I already have the case Modded.. pictures here replacing all the 120mm fans with evercool case fans.. and have another MX212 comming in shortly. |
