Made some changes to my wc'n setup *Pics*
 
After repositiong my rad and shortening the length of my tubing, my temps have dropped dramatically. Comments or critism welcome...

Before temps:

System: 30c
cpu idle: 42c
cpu load:46c

After temps:

System: 28c
cpu idle: 34c
cpu load:38c

nice.. you know what... you could get a XLR or similar size rad an mount it on top... that might reduce temps more. looks awesome though. how did you get that window?

But it looks like å pain to bleed and fill? who do you do that with it not taking a week, hehe....

btw what is the name of that HC? look real good.

I would do this...but my pump is a ehiem 1048. It would struggle to get the water that high in the system.
The window was purchased. The whole case side comes pre windowed.

If you look at the last pic....you can almost make out where my "fill/bleed" tube is..it was rather easy to fill. Took about 20 minutes to fill and about an hour to bleed.

Nice work.
If I was you I would put a 1" or so shroud between each fan and the HC (should be enough room in your case to do that). Could lower your temps a couple more degrees...

Good work, clean and all. A good example of "how it should be done". Shows people that watercooling is nice & easy.

The heatercore is the one sold by D-Tek, or at least it's the exact same model.
TheWiz: you're not using 100% of your heatercore yet. You'll benefit *a lot* from shrouding your fans. My bets go on a few °C down...
