Scyth Ninja heatsink

Would you recommend this heatsink for cooling opterons? The only problem I can see is that it might be to heavy. Could this heatsink damage the motherboard with its weight?

Actually, since I'm building a completely new system, it would be nice to have some imput on the rest of the cooling system. This is what I think I'm going to get: cooler master stacker, silentmaxx hard drive silencer, 2 scyth ninja heatsinks, and the most quiet, but high performing 120mm fans I can find (suggest some?). The system will be on a lot so I'd like to keep the cooling as stable as possible (and because it will not be air conditioned in the summer). Thanks for your imput.

What are the computer components?

2 opteron 248s, 1 raptor, 1 300gb maxtor, 1 7800gt, 2gb ram, two optical drives, and a pcp&p psu.

I was thinking the scyth ninja, or now the thermalright HR-01 "high-riser" are better because they don't obstruct the natural airflow of the case (actually enhance it). For example, apple designed the g5 to have the heatsink fans blowing directly out of the case. If this airflow thing I'm speaking of doesn't matter, would the thermalright SI-120 be a better option?

It can be done, but I doubt it would be stable without a low-speed fan on each, especially in summer. With a little airflow it should be nice.

How does the HR-01 thermalright compare?
