jrmccracken can you verify what snap you have? I have the 4.0.860 OS, but when I try to upgrade I am told that I do not have a supporting hardware platform. My Snap is as follows:

Snap Server 2000
Software 3.4.807
Hardware 2.0.0
BIOS 2.0.282

I thought I remembered that the 2000 would support the 4.0.860 software, but maybe I am wrong. Thanks.
