thats great it looks like you ram could be the reason it would not go any higher before so you should be able to get the cpu higher.
As you have a prescott the motherboard power circuit could be a problem as you overclock higher so some cooling might be needed.

the pci/agp lock will keep the pci bus at 33mhz and agp at 66mhz when you change the fsb.

I dont know the dfi boards and settings so i cant help with finding the lock.

if you can get the fsb upto 250 the ram will be running at pc3200 speeds again.
