I have a watercooled HTPC I'm building and an air cooled HTPC. I'm doing simultaneous builds. Guess which one is quieter?
Oh, and guess which cooling system is cheaper and easier to maintain.
More to come, of course, but the idea is that the "obvious" solution to extreme quietness is often more trouble than it is worth and may even be less effective.
