Oh, forgot this in my first post. The unit is about 12" wide, 18" long, 14" tall in case anyone was wondering. A standard MB fits nicely sitting on top of it, though it doesn't leave much room for HD, CD-ROM, PSU, etc. (something has to be mounted above the MB for it all to fit).
