I have a brass plaque I was going to use as a block top. It apears to have been milled/'engraved' with a 1mm bit then again inside this 'channel' with a 0.5mm bit!!. Fixit sugested a one peice bit with two widths but the symetry of the two channels is wrong for this, it's definatly two different passes. Does your machine use, or is capable of using these size bits?. What's the max depth you can go with a tiny bit like this?...
