drop your ram from pc3200 to pc2700 speed and increase the cpu vore to 1.6v
then increase the fsb in steps of 10.

i have a 865 pe chipset and have my fsb at 250 and the ram at 200 cl2 vcore at 1.5v

you should be able to get you fsb a lot higher dont forget to drop the vcore when you hit the fsb max and also make sure the pci/agp lock is enabled.
