HELP PLEASE!

I have a SNAP 4000 running:
s/w = 2.3.417 (US)
h/w = 2.0.1
BIOS = 2.0.282

I would like to upgrade the OS & BIOS if needed to replace the 30GB drives with 4x250GB drives.

Would I need to follow a certian upgrade path?
Can anybody share the OS files?
