How are you dumping your heat outside the box? If it's all sealed up, the heat will happily stay in there, no matter how craftily you move it around. Is the Rad going to be outside the sealed computer case?
I'm confused as to how you are going to get rid of the heat.
However, even if you do get all the heat from the hot side of the pelt out of the system, a single 225W pelt isn't going to cool your whole computer. I can almost certainly say that.
