Its alum sheet (0.025", easy to cut with a papercutter, nice straight cuts) and 1/4" alum angle pop-rivited together.

It's a prototype. I have a friend that owns a sheet metal business and he will make a "real" one for me. I think it needs some vanes inside to equalize air flow. I seem to feel more air on the rt/lf sides than in the middle. Maybe an "exponential" shape would work better, but he'll know.
