Some of Chinese ppl are doing their best to hot sell their own products. I know these blks are made in China, the producer ask the other Chinese(reseller?) living in other countries like Australia, Canada or France to promot it. That is all.

Basicly in china these blks are dirt cheap. Making profit isn't their only interest?
