How about put the rads on their sides, so instead of the fans sucking in through the sides and then up to exhaust, it would blow side to side? if you're able to set it up properly, you may be able to even put the iwaki in between them and ditch the 92mm fan and use the rad fans to cool the pump. I'm planning on doing something along those lines with a case I'm building from scratch. Here's a very rough sketch of what I'm planning on doing.

Note, the area in question is about 13" wide, with about a 2" space between the fans and the pump, with both sides being grating. I'm not 100% either on my setup, I'm not too sure about how the pump being in the airflow path is going to affect things, but I think that it should work pretty okay.
