Hello all!! im Pete and I will be making a water block so I came here for inspiration and tips and help etc.
Basically I have seen jadees designs and they are v good, I will have all necessary equipment drill, lathe, milling machine, drill bits, saw’s , dremel , copper block.
I have been discussing my ideas mainly in the extreme forums
http://xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=73527 take a look. Basically I think I have come to the conclusion that a water block impingement design is best, now all I need to know is how to go about it?
1. get copper block pref 1/2inch thick
2. Mill out the area that’s going to contain all the holes?
Etc
I want the top to be made from acrylic so it looks nice, also I will be having one inlet, 1 out let
I have all the dimensions to the hole to hole width on any 939 board check here
is that the right kind of idea? I still am left in the dark about how that will look 3d!?
All I no is that I have to drill down a certain depth then keep drilling loads of holes of “x” diameter then link them up with a 1mm cutter blade on a dremel?
As you can see I need help
Thank you
