I'm not exactly sure but I have the feeling that you are running a lot of fans. Are you trying to get your computer to hover above the monitor or something?

Try looking at the size of the fans and go for some 110V ones wired directly into the power supply with a relay so the fans switch on with the computer.

From the sounds of it, you are pulling too much current and have too many fans. I would look at redesigning your rig because 10 fans is not needed! May look good and sound like an F16 but not practical.
