Being many modern CPU's are actually lower power than before the radiator could still be useful for cooling.
As for the water block it was never a good idea in my opinion to buy one specific to a certain card. It becomes a paper weight after that model of card is done. I don't know if it is worth it's weight in recycled copper. Maybe search around and see if any of the modern Nvidia cards have the same profile and mounting and try and sell it. I doubt it but you never know.
Other than that I dunno.
