Well if there is any difference, in the order of difference between TC-4, Innovatek rev3 and SW 462-U, we're talking about less than 0.01°C/W, at almost any (decent) flow rate. Buying any of these blocks over the other, based on performance alone, is absurd.
I'll repeat, price, mounting system, availability, support, finition, are all more important factors than performance (as long as we're dealing with 'top-level' modern blocks).
The MCW5000A looks pretty good, i would be surprised that Swiftech issued a deceptive new product.
