Not exactly consenus in that topic, right?
Pump -> Rad -> WB gives lower water temps in the WB.
Rad -> Pump -> WB gives less pressure drop from pump to WB.
Both give lower CPU temps.
Both dotrines have strong followers.
Try both and see what works best in your system. That´s all that matters.
