Some have had problem with dell's software. Don't know why. If you want large disk support you will need v3.4.805. Your bios should support it with out any problem.

A 2000 will auto format and install the OS from flashram. Look at the disks under the utility section of the admin. See how the drives are setup. It's possiable that it retained a raid from the original setup. You will need to change to JBOD. Then enter "co de format 10000 /reinit" from debug (http://snapIPaddress/config/debug). Where 10000 is the front drive.
