Have you done any condensation (water forming from air) proofing to the CPU?, Vasilene(petroleum jelly) on the CPU pins around the socket and Neoprene gaskets around the socket?. otherwise water will form around the 'heatsink/evaporator' and kill/bugger up your CPU if you're unlucky...

Those temps are OK, wonder what an AMD 2000+ + would be like?...
