i wouldnt really use an epoxy on that... you cant expect the contact area being the size of a srew head to hold a waterblock on. from the looks of it.. you probably would want large air cooling like everyone else is saying. so get a heatsink and cut it up.
if you dont want to do that, Zalman makes some pretty large north bridge coolers that are made to be fanless, so add a fan to them and you have awsome cooling
