I believe that you need a valid hardware version for OS4 to install. What number to use is the next question. Can you tell me what brand the server is? I have a Meridian brand snap with hw 1.1.0, and a Quantum brand snap with hw 2.0.0
You can modify the hw version in the debug screen.
