They can have a 6.0 and bad reviews if PPL who vote them well do not actually comment on it, IE. Do something well, you tell someone, if they SCREW you tell everyone, PPL will only say what bad happened, it's very rare when the opposite happens, ESP. if it's not Asked for (ie, ratings without someone saying "Thanks for buying from us, now please rate us")
