They are somewhat restrictive, but not as bad I thought they would. I really didn't do any in depth testing on them ie: measuring flow and pressure loss. What I did do was do check my CPU temps without them installed and with them installed and only came up with was a average of 1c differance between the 2 setups. It's not that big of a deal to me as the ease of disconnecting, transporting and maintaining the system are more than worth the 1c higher temps.
