since the wb is now fuc**d up, i continued to mill it with the broken 1mm endmill to see what is the difference.
with the broken end mill, the al that supposted to be removed, most of it is removed the same but some of it moves towards the top of the block instead, i.e. the end result, if you look at the block from the side, intead of seeing a flat surface (the top), one could see an extreemly bumpy one.
i don't have a digital camera but i will try to go to hara's house and take some pics of it at this stage to try to express better what i am try to say
