I've been using the ocz for quite a while now and have been happy with them. I have an undervolted 80mm fan ( http://www.directron.com/uc8fab.html) on a zalman bracket ( http://www.zalman.co.kr/eng/product/...t.asp?code=016) blowing down on the sinks for good measure, although probably not really necessary.
