Nope, it's a plug-bus. Or rather one half mounts on the edge of the motherboard tray, the other to the case.
You connect the motherboard, pump, fans, and lights to the tray half with standard cable extensions, then connect the power supply, fan controller, switches, etcetera to the case half. It makes/disconnects all of the connections at the same time (including SATA which will be a seperate part that won't require a PCB).
The end effect is I can remove or install the whole motherboard tray without having to unplug a single cable. As a safe-guard two small solenoids will prevent the tray from being removed while the machine is turned on.
This is my first original PCB design and I've been working on it and learning how to design/make them since September of last year.
