The meter's error is 0.02% worst case at those currents.
Here's a spec sheet. These are most often used as transfer standards for calibration purposes. The manufacturer happens to be my employer.
I wasn't using a clamp-on. The current is directly connected through a compensated transformer internal to the meter.
