It has version 3.2.660 of SNAP! OS and BIOS 3.2.658. Should I just upgrade to version 3.4.803 or go to a version 4 of the OS? I intend to fill it with 250 GB drives and will NOT be needing the newer M$ AD support. Will the SNAP 12000 recognize 12 250 GB drives and will 3.4.803 be a high enough version to use the full drive capacity?

I would upgrade to OS v3.4.805 or v3.4.807 if you do not need the MS AD 2003 support.
