not a reseller... but just wanted to praise chaintech for their support and how they handald my problem.
The fan on my ti4600 started making really bad noise so Ipulled it out and e-mailed them, 6 days after the e-mail (today) I recieved a new fan and heatsink (along with a small package of thermal past) from them. no questions asked and no cost to me. they didn't ask for me to send in the card or the old heatsink, or even get an rma # from my vendor
I'm very impressed that they handeld it so quickly and without question.
(and now I can finaly stop using my 4mb pci graphics card)
