if you chill the air it also has a dehumidifying effect on top iof lowering the dew point, so make sure to use a drip tray if you try it. I think next time I will seal up the case so I dont have to cool the room, but its nice and cool under the desk now
try baking that board in the oven at 140f or so for a couple hours, it may ressurect it
