Yup, the KT7-RAID is a good board, I love mine.
Overclocking on the board is great, connect the bridges and the board is ready to oc, in the BIOS that is, no dip switches like on some other boards (Asus A7V). The only problem I don't like about the board is the limiting factorof voltage, only goes to 1.85V, but if you have the balls to solderyou can up that to about 2.1V.
It might cost a bit more than the other boards but I personally think it is well worth it
