Looks good to me.

Suggestion though. If you plan on having the radiator at the top of your case, it will be much easier to bleed the air out of the system if you figure out a way to have your res. above the radiator. Not 100% necessary but it does make life a bit easier.

One more though. A home made res. could be as simple as some PVC pipe with an intake in the side, and the outlet at the bottom. At least that is what I did.

BTW TC-4 is a great block. If you do decided to get it, then you might want to consider removing the copper turbulators. It should increase your cooling performance a bit. I have one as well and I will be pulling the turbulators back out and replacing them with some copper springs soon (for a tad bit more cooling potential).
