One method I've seen advocated would probably work a lot better, Mr. Tinker. That is using a heat transfer from a primary loop (cooling computer bits) with a sealed circulator attached to the house mains. Basically, use the house's water pipes as a giant radiator that is occasionally cooled by more incoming fresh and cool water as the house uses the water inside. There are commercial recirculators that use this principle to keep hot water from the hot water heater always available at the remote taps.
