I am not an advocate of making it legal. However I find making cigarettes legal far worst than making pot illegal. More deaths and other health problems caused by cigarettes than just about all other drugs on the planet combined yet little has been done about it.
I guess money will always prevail over peoples well being no matter what the government claims eh?
