there are 2 opposing pieces out of bendy cardboard, the pieces u thk to be wood, are just very thick (4mm) cardboard. took some pattex to glue and airtighten the joints. then cover it up with painters tape. supercheap.
the fan is 1 120mm enermax. dunno cfm's or rpm; as it is constantly being rheobussed. obj is to quiten the HDD down more than in my old rig; i calibrate my fans on 100% load and tone them down until they are quiter than my hard disk. so in the end i hope to have a cleaner rig, and hopefully a bit quiter.
