Two short T-lines with a short section of tubing between. During normal operation they are capped/plugged. For filling, pull the plugs and connect a length of tubing from each to a reservoir, then clamp the bit of tubing between the T's.
Not quite an actual fill-n-bleed, but ought do the trick. :shrug:
